In a jaw-dropping assessment, Managing Director of the Edo City Transport Service (ECTS), Festus Ehimuan, has fired a political salvo, declaring that Governor Monday Okpebholo’s first-year achievements have eclipsed the entire eight-year legacy of former Governor Godwin Obaseki.
Barr. Ehimuan stated this in his office while responding to Newsmen on the achievement of Governor Monday Okpebholo in the period of one year.
According to him, the Governor has turned the state to a construction hub where different works are being carried out .
“The Governor’s performance is overwhelming and mind blowing. He is building roads, schools and providing equipment for the facilities. In Agriculture, the government acquired huge hectares of land where maize was harvested, in Transportation, he set up a new Edo Line and provided 150 new busses , while in ECTS, he has also approved 50 CNG busses that would be delivered before March. In Health, he is doing tremendously well as well as security. So, you see that he is working and making his supporters proud.”
He further prayed that the zeal to put Edo People first will continue as the Governor continues his administration.
