
The Edo State Commissioner for Health, Dr. Cyril Adams Oshiomhole, has joined family, friends, and well-wishers in celebrating Chief Dan Orbih, describing him as an “illustrious son of Etsako Central and a distinguished statesman whose legacy continues to inspire generations.”
In a goodwill message marking the birthday of the Edo-born political leader, Dr. Oshiomhole extolled Chief Orbih’s remarkable contributions to community development, leadership, and public service, noting that his life embodies “service, vision, and enduring commitment to progress.”
“Today, we celebrate not just another year in your life, but the remarkable legacy of service, leadership, and vision you continue to embody,” Oshiomhole said. “Your enduring contributions to community development and your steadfast commitment to progress have made you a beacon of inspiration to many across Edo State and beyond.”
The Commissioner praised Orbih’s leadership style, which he described as being anchored on empathy, integrity, and inclusiveness—values that, he said, have united people and fostered meaningful change across the state.
“You have demonstrated that leadership is not defined by position, but by the positive impact one makes in the lives of others,” Oshiomhole noted. “Your influence has touched countless lives—from your unwavering dedication to community empowerment to your philanthropic initiatives that have transformed lives.”
According to him, Chief Orbih’s ability to balance public responsibility with personal sacrifice reflects humility, grace, and unwavering resolve—traits that continue to inspire the next generation of leaders.

Dr. Oshiomhole further celebrated Chief Orbih for his enduring values and far-reaching impact, which he said transcends politics and public service.
